The Monarchy

We want the Monarchy to have more say in the running of our nation. The Monarch should veto any bill that takes away our sovereignty or our hard fought for rights, The sovereign swore to fight our enemies either external or internal, we have a lot of internal enemies so it is time she used her powers as head of our armed forces to protect her subjects!

For instance the Queen is the head of the armed forces, but she cannot decide to send them to war, this is parliaments decision or so it used to be. Today, it seems, the prime minister makes this decision by himself to send our forces into war, parliament does not have a say in it!

We do not want the prime minister to be anything other than a prime minister, certainly not a dictator, and his wife, if he is married, to aspire to be " the first lady" as we have seen with the Blairs. We already have a "first lady", it is the Queen.

We feel the Queen should have a veto on what happens, not only to her forces, but to her country. It would provide a check to ambitious ministers who, for a new title or position in the new Europe, would sell away our birth right.

Great Britain, who has fought countless wars for her freedom, laws and traditions, will be taken over without a fight.

We of the Imperial party cannot allow this to happen, nor should you if you are a patriot.


Heath

We will reverse the governments obsession with junk food and margarine and revert back to butter and non-pasteurised milk, farmers will not be allowed to feed antibiotics to their livestock. We see that the National Health Service is top heavy with red tape and bureaucrats and not enough beds, doctors or nurses. We want a mass training programme for doctors and nurses, this will end importing people to fill the jobs that our own nationals could fill if given the training. Instead of the top heavy system of paper chasers we would bring back the Matron to supervise the running of the wards and eradicate MRSA with the assistance of a small team of dedicated people to ensure supplies etc. No G.M. food products or fluoride/chemical laced water in our food chain. All hospitals to have the latest equipment and people to staff them. Every citizen to have treatment on a regular basis for internal parasites and more importantly, fungal mycotoxins and infections which are the major cause of many life threatening diseases, CANCER and Diabetes) to name two. this will lead to better health for all citizens. Every citizen to have an in depth medical including blood/DNA samples, to catch any major health problems early, this would be the start of a 5 yearly check up, preventative medicine is the key to better health . Mental health/stress hospitals to be opened. We would like all citizens to have a medical identity card that they can use to obtain appointments and medication. We would like to phase out payments for medication. Health training to be introduced in schools to teach children how to look after themselves. Non British nationals to pay for any treatment on the NHS.

Law and Order

We will introduce a written constitution and a bill of rights, we will repeal the race and human rights laws which will not be needed. The ending of political correctness, especially in the police force. We will reintroduce capital punishment, hard labour and sentencing linked to payments for victims. Life to mean life, an end to open prisons and the soft option . Police officers to go back to patrolling the streets and given more powers to question and retain suspects, anyone found carrying a gun to be given hard labour for life Youth correction centres to be built. New fairer laws regarding child support to be introduced. Drivers using mobile phones while driving to have large fine and disqualified from driving for one year. Drivers causing death due to bad driving to be given life sentences . Immigrants to be deported if found guilty of crime within a period of three years. A mans home is his castle and laws will be introduced to make sure a person can use what ever force/means necessary to protect their home and family from intruders. Drug smugglers and dealers to be given hard labour for life and have all asset's seized . New prisons to be built for hard labour prisoners, to work on building roads, flood defences, reservoirs. Thieves and other offenders to be made to work in prison to repay victims for the value of goods lost and trauma suffered at a set daily work rate, and they will not be released until they repaid every penny in full, using this system the criminal will work to repay his victim and will not get out until he does so no matter how long it takes, no time off for good behaviour, habitual thieves to given hard labour. Speed camera's and traps to be discontinued they are only a means to raise money for local government.

Immigration

We would end wholesale immigration and introduce a quota system, end the right of abode for non U.K. citizens and asylum seekers in Great Britain. This is a small Island and in about 10 years we will have serious water problems, it has started now in the south of England. Immigrants would need to have special skills that are needed in the U.K., they would also have to speak, read and write English and finally have enough money to support themselves for a year as no money, free medical or housing would be given. Introduce visa's for any non U.K. citizen who wished to enter the country. Have a referendum on whether to introduce identity cards for U.K. Citizens with electronic eye or finger print verification to include 4 digit secret code, this could end fraud, not only in government agencies but also for business. All illegal immigrants who have absconded will be found and repatriated immediately, no right of appeal, any immigrant who commits a crime within the first 3 years will be sent back home after finishing his sentence.

Pensions

The government to take over the running of pension schemes and extract investment from the stock exchange into a government fund. The government will take over all insurance business, home, car, life, business etc, in the U.K. and the surplus will go to pensions. All pensioners to get a fair liveable pension linked to the cost of living index ,married couples to get twice the amount of a single person and end of means testing, this coupled with free heating, no council tax, free local telephone calls, no car tax, free local bus/train passes and subsidised rent should make it comfortable for pensioners. Government pension/saving schemes to be introduced to the young which can be set against a first house purchase. Private Existing company pensions to have set a limit, and if company goes bust or is taken over the pension rights of the people in the fund to get priority over lenders/investors in share out Companies who take over a pension fund will not be allowed to use any part of it other than for pensions of the workers of the company that has been taken over. Drugs

Drug smugglers and pushers to be pursued by new special forces battalion, into foreign countries if need be and brought to justice. Countries growing drugs, e.g. opium, like Afghanistan, will be made to destroy them. Any one caught either smuggling or selling drugs will not only be given either death or hard labour for life but will have assets seized, regardless if they have been given to wives/children/parents or put into trusts, these assets will then be sold and proceeds go to the state. All drug smugglers families and relations will be investigated to see if they have benefited from the drug money, if so their assets will also be taken and sold. They automatically get hard labour for life or the death sentence as the penalty for their crimes, this will bring down the level of drug, theft, and gun related crime in the country as there will be no drugs available to the users. Drug users will be put on de-tox programmes until well again, but if fall back into crime they will be given hard labour.

Marriage

We will reinstate marriage as the basis of the family unit, we will make it harder to divorce; children need both parents who live together. People who wish to marry, same sex marriages to be discouraged, will have counselling and help, if needed during the first five years of married life. Divorced people with children will have to take a DNA test to prove parentage and "spouse at fault" will pay the child support, other spouse to get full visitation rights. If child support is being paid , and the parent looking after the children remarries or co-habits, the other parent can cease payments. Single pregnant women will be given a paid place in a crèche so that they can go back to work, the CSA will be scrapped and a fairer system introduced. We will end the use of "partner" on all government forms. Married people will get more tax breaks and the married man's allowance will be reinstated.

Farming & Fisheries

No G.M. crops to be planted here, no G.M. products to be allowed into the food system. Britain will take back its fishing industry from Europe. The 200 mile fishing limit will be reintroduced and rigorously maintained by the Royal Navy. Fishing stocks will be reintroduced and small fish will be protected by the use of large hole netting. Fish farming methods will be updated and more fish will be reared in factories. Farmers to be paid a fair market price for proper and healthy crops. Farmers will be encouraged to replant trees and hedgerows and if their farm if over 40 acres to have a reservoir as water will be badly needed in about ten years, look at the south of England. All land to be used for productive crops or for growing "green power" crops, willow and hemp to name two. Hunting ban to be lifted to ensure country way of life Farmers will end the use antibiotics in animal food, chemical fertilizers and pesticides and use natural products, it costs millions to remove farm chemicals from drinking water so we do not want them put on the land in the first place. Fines and jail sentencing for any farmer introducing disease , e.g. mad cow disease, change the diversification culture and take a close look at rates for farms.

Unemployment

All unemployed people to be given training at government centres in needed usable skills, if no work available in area, government will employ person on minimum wage until other work found. Medium and large companies to take unemployed people for training. Skilled unemployed people who wish to upgrade their skill base in a specific area will be given training grants. Employers will advise the local job centres of any vacancies. Unemployed people with business ideas can put their idea before a business committee for evaluation and if successful will be given grants to start up. Discrimination against age will be against the law. Skilled people over fifty will be given the opportunity to retrain as teachers in their particular skill and work, if they wish, in the government training centres.

Fuel and Power

Wind farms will be built off and onshore. We will start to become a hydrogen society, TEGs and Stirling engines to be developed, power from polluted water becomes clean water again when the hydrogen is used, we will need all the water we can get in about 10 years! Green power stations will be built and farmers encouraged to grow renewable power crops like willow. Petrol and diesel vehicles will be phased out to end our reliance on oil and electric and hydrogen vehicles encouraged. Government to invest in factory to produce solar heaters and generators which will be fitted to all homes in U.K. power stations developed to burn car tyres. Government to fund development of alternative power sources and batteries. Large reservoirs to be built for power generation and hydrogen production. All homes to be fitted with insulation and economy systems as well as special receptors for various household waste which can be recycled.

The Media

News on radio, television and in print to be reported factually and non biased. News to be given freedom to print truth and not be gagged by owners, laws or government. BBC to end their supposition type news and relay actual news and end the license fee, eventually to be sold off to commercial enterprise as it no longer a neutral , unbiased and independent body.

The E.E.C. / European Union

We will withdraw from the European Union / E.E.C.

Back in the sixties when the E.E.C. was known as the common market the British people were sold on the idea of a COMMON MARKET, where we could sell our goods without frontiers or import taxes. Since then it has grown out of all proportion and is now the United states of Europe with its own laws and president. The threat to Britain comes from Article 9 of the new E.E.C. constitution and states:

The constitution and law adopted by by Union institutions in exercising competences conferred on it by the constitution, SHALL HAVE PRIMACY OVER THE LAW OF THE MEMBER STATES.

This means that once in force, a centralised Europe will be the source of power and not the nations that make it up!!!

If this constitution is signed it is the end of 1000 years of British history and the end of the FREEDOM that we take for granted, we demand a referendum on it before it is too late.

We want to withdraw from the E.E.C. now, keep the pound and revert to Imperial measurements. we wish to retain our own parliament, laws and heritage, and be governed by the politicians that we elect and who are accountable to the British electorate and not to some E.E.C. official who cannot be held accountable.

We have in the past been a very successful trading nation, our merchant fleet taking home manufactured goods world wide. Since joining the E.E.C. we have seen our manufacturing base decimated and our merchant fleet practically non existent.

We would have thought that our nation having had a great seafaring history we would at least have ships.

Remaining in the E.E.C. will see our regional counties reduced to little more than cantons in the new super Europe, ( they are trying to implement a regional assembly now in the North East of England) and be expected to obey laws that are passed in Brussels by the faceless and unsackable bureaucrats.

We will have opened our country to a legalized invasion of economic migrants from the less well off member states who wish to take advantage of our generous, and hard won , system without ever paying a penny in tax nor a finger lifted in Britain's defence.
There is an alternative, a new commonwealth made up of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other old commonwealth nations who have supported us in the past, why not?


Education

We would return to the old fashioned 4R's, the 4th being 'respect'. No mobile phones allowed in school. All pupils would wear uniforms, thus ending fashion as part of school life. All school children to have competitive outdoor sports at least twice per week, fresh air and sunlight are health promoting and must be encouraged. we would repeal the law on chastising children and reinstate the school board man, and ensure all schools had a security guard and security camera's in the classrooms. This would create a calmer atmosphere and assist the teachers in controlling their classes, all teachers to be capable of teaching, if not sacked We would have a yearly testing system, any pupil unable to reach the standard expected for that year would have to remain in that class year until they reached the required standard. This will ensure that all pupils would leave school proficient in the 4 R's. We would also grade the teachers on their ability to teach and if found wanting, replaced. The school year would be changed to run on a three term system getting rid of the long summer holidays. We want all pupils at the age of 12 to commence training in a needed trade or profession, this ensures that all pupils leaving school and going into the work place or onto higher education will have a core trade/profession to fall back on. All universities to take only British nationals first on courses, foreigners only allowed on courses that have spare places, universities are a places of learning and not businesses. UK nationals will not pay for tuition or courses, money for universities will come out of lottery fund and government. Introduce in universities a 35-hour week on all courses, this would shorten the length of time needed to attend university and allow more people to attend. All universities to have a Research and Development department.

Commerce

Reintroduce our manufacturing base in light and heavy industries.

Introduce ageism policy.

No foreign business or person to own more than 49% of any business in the U.K.

Review G.A.T.T. and W.T.O. agreements on water as a good and not as a necessity.

Introduce 30 day period to settle business accounts and large penalties and interest for non compliance.

End fraudulent bankruptcies by sending directors to jail and end loopholes where directors put capital/goods/house in wife/children's/parents/trusts name.

Bankrupt directors to repay debt by every means including sale of property or working off debt in prison.

Move industries/commerce to areas of unemployment.

Renew markets Canada, Australia and New Zealand and open up markets in developing countries e.g. china, Africa, South America.

New industries to include Green power, hydrogen, water power, water distillation and purification.

Water, power, telecom and rail industries to be taken back into government ownership.

Government to assist in new business start ups with grants and premises on special start up business parks.

Local government to be given the right to raise money on the open market, with safe guards, for local projects, schools, hospitals etc.

Any business found to be employing illegal workers will go to prison and workers repatriated after fine and prison term.

All medium and large businesses to have apprenticeships


The Enviroment

Noise, dust, smoke and pollution laws to be rigorously enforced. Planning laws to be upgraded to stop the spread of unauthorised building, hefty fine and imprisonment for offenders Farmers to replant trees and hedgerows and end the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides which leach into water supplies and cost thousands to take out. All farms above 40 acres to build water reservoirs, lack of water in about 10 years time will cause major problems. Hunting ban to be lifted to ensure country way of life Forests to be planted for renewable power plants. More wind generation schemes on/off shore to be built. G.M. seeds and products to be banned. More cold and disease resistant crops to be grown instead of rape seed. Petrol and Diesel vehicles to phased out, electric, gas and hydrogen vehicles introduced. Mobile phone masts and E.M.F.s from radio and television transmitters to be investigated for possible harm to humans. New flood barriers and sea defences to be built, River flood water diversion to reservoirs schemes to be implemented. Water filtration and cleaning to be introduced to grey water systems on new housing schemes. Clean air laws to to introduced to the countryside. Plastic bags to be phased out and biodegradable substitutes used. Government grants for recycling of cars, tyres, fridges and electrical goods. More forests and major tree planting schemes around the U.K. or trainees. All work advertised to be open to people of either sex and of any age.

Transport & Roads

New toll roads to be built with special lorry lanes which they cannot leave, by British companies. Designate motorways to be North or South only roads, thereby doubling the lanes structure, this coupled with a new "road watch" which can , by means of traffic lights etc, stop vehicles joining heavily used roads until traffic flows. All vehicles to travel at the speed limit, not below or above it, overtaking lane to be just that, heavy fines for obstruction. Introduce integrated monorail/rail and bus systems in cities, Build up British merchant fleet and integrate rail links to carry container cargo and freight. Car/lorry tax to be used on roads and infrastructures until abolished and revenue put on fuel, all major A roads to be duelled. Car and lorry insurance along with personal and house insurance to be taken over by the government. Railways to be renationalised and all stations to be linked to monorail connections. Continental lorries to pay fuel/road tax for using British roads. Petrol and diesel engines to be phased out ending dependence on oil, cars to electronically limited to road speed therefore ending the need for speed camera's which are only money making schemes for the government and council new super electric/hydrogen mini town cars to be built by British car companies. Canals to be opened up and used for transportation of goods.

Housing

New villages to be built all over Great Britain complete with integrated monorail and bus links. All new housing to be built with solar panels. All new housing to have water filtration and cleaning systems. Retirement villages to be built for the over sixties with no poll tax. Areas of old housing to be demolished and rebuilt with new tenants living in private landlord housing for 7 years will be allowed "right to buy" at a discount. Land lords to pay tax on properties owned. Government to have special savings bank with high interest rates for young married couples saving for the deposit on their first house. Council tax to be reviewed and only rises allowed every four years, councils to be investigated for over staffing and grandiose schemes All new homes to be built above flood plains, Housing on flood plains to be protected by new barriers and river diverting to reservoir schemes.

Religion

We will reintroduce Christianity into schools, those of other faiths do not need to attend the morning service, Christianity is the faith of this land and it should not need to try and fit in with other religions here. It is our Christian tolerance that has allowed other religions to be made welcome here and we will not be made to take a back seat when others do not like our customs, if Christianity offends them, let them go back to their own lands where we will no longer offend them, we did not ask them to come here but while they are here let them worship in peace and let others do the same. Great Britain welcomes other peaceful faiths but any faith that advocates terrorism or holy war cannot be accepted.

Charity and Overseas Aid

Charity begins at home. We will end overseas hand-outs. All charity moneys to go to UK causes. The homeless and beggars will be taken into special centres, evaluated , then given homes, money and training for usable work.

Defence & the Armed Forces

We will build up the navy/army/air force up to a strength at which we are capable of defending ourselves. All services will get up to date equipment. We will end our overseas operations and will only go abroad to to help British nationals in danger. We will no longer police the world. A new special battalion will be formed with air and naval attachments for search and destroy missions around the world involving terrorism and drug dealing within Great Britain. All service personnel will be trained in multi-skills.

Sports

All school children to actively participate in sports programmes to learn how to interact, be part of a team and increase over all fitness.

Commercial sports clubs to be encouraged to give priority to local players on their teams and bring back the spirit of local competition instead of commercialism.

A curb on players/managers/directors pay to bring it more into line with real peoples incomes. Entrance fees will be made cheaper so a wider range of people can attend.

Media coverage like sky will be on a fixed fee basis set by the government and proceeds shared out to all clubs equally for improvements only

The lottery will be taken over by the government and only numbered tickets will be sold, proceeds will only go to worthy causes and not to quangos to dish out to their friends.


The Third Age

Retired people are to be given the chance to share their skills and experience, if they wish to take work they will be encouraged to do so. All retired people will be entitled to respect, protection, peace and quiet and a fair and liveable pension, including end of means-testing. Free local bus travel and television license, no council tax, free local telephone calls, subsidised rent, no heating bills, no car tax. Special housing to be built for the over sixties only. Old peoples homes and health requirements to be financed by the government.
